Take freshly ground coarse coffee in proportion 1 part ground coffee and 7 parts water.
If you are afraid of the strength of the drink, then change the ratio to 1/10. In the first case, you will need about 20 g of coffee per 150 ml of water, in the second - 15 g of coffee per 150 ml.
Boil water in the kettle and let cool for 5 minutes.
Rinse with a hot water french press.
Load ground coffee.
Fill it with water in a circular motion.
Stir the water and coffee with a spoon or bamboo stick.
Cover with a lid. Press do not lower.
Let it brew for 4 minutes.
Slowly lower the press.
Immediately pour the coffee into cups.
